Sure are. I mean, consider some of the people in the NBA: Madsen, Hinrich, Udrih, Damon Jones, Bonner, Darko, etc...
There's people who are good enough for the NBA, who never made it because of drugs, or they went to jail, etc. There are people on the And1 tour who could probably make it as a finishing swingman in the NBA. Helicopter comes to mind.
Some of superstars in European leagues could probably make it in the NBA, but are locked up to contracts with their current teams.
Then theres people who had tons of talent, but never really liked basketball that much and chose to do something else with their life.
You think some people on the streets could beat poeple in the nba?nba jerseys
of course. but can certain people fit into the nba system. if they couldnt get thru school. some dont get the exposure they need at whatever school they go to. Alot of people are in the NBA as role players or they know how to play basketball and can be COACHED
You think some people on the streets could beat poeple in the nba?nba 2k8 ,nba teams
Definitely. Some people in the streets are just as good or better but they got into trouble or had other issues that ruined their chances of going tocollegeor being pro. Plus NBA players are used to the comfort of having referees, whereas street players just tough it out.
probably they can beat the minnesota Timberwolves this year. lol.
No chance, if they were that good they would be in the NBA themselves making all the money. Most of them played some ball in high school orcollegeand couldn't make it.
Yes, but not everyone in the NBA is there because they are the best basketball players. Teams draft players based on what they need. Some don't need the next superstar but draft role players who may not have the best overall talent but do their part for the team.
yep, thats why they're scouters in the streets looking for new blood every single day
there's probably a one in a million chance of that happening. NBA players work 4-10 hours a day on they're skills before they get noticed by acollegeteam. They have to be extremely consistent, so it's unlikely that they'll have a bad game against a random guy off the street. The players have to be in top physical shape, so unless that guy is shaq like he's playing right now, people of the street won't have a shot of beating an NBA player.
without doubt. Not everyone is lucky enough to have their talent revealed. And some don't want it so.
