How come some of those guys from AND 1 dont go to the NBA?

How come all the street ballers dont play in the NBA? all i ever see them in is And 1 and street tours. They do competitions and slam dunk contests, but most of them dont go to the NBA. Like Phillip Champion.

The NBA is at a different level from the AND1 tour. While many AND1 players have lots of talent, not many have the discipline and work ethic to play successfully in the NBA. Sure they tour around and play, but playing 82 games in a season, plus playoffs, is probably difficult and only the most dedicated, diciplined and talented atheltes will succeed.

Because they are not good enough. Plain and simple. The world is full of great basketball players who are not good enough to play in the NBA. But because most people are ignorant about what makes a good basketball player, they think a bunch of tricks and fancy moves equals good, they ask questions like this one.

Cuz they all sucked before And1 and they all suck now! That's like saying a Table Tennis champ would be a hard court Tennis superstar. It's just different...
They don't have the discipline nor the physical shape of NBA players. Have you ever seen when people in the NBA go to And1. They drop like 50+ points. I play streetball and organized ball. And1 isn't even real street ball to me. Defense rarely exists. Its just entertainment for the most part.
Most of the moves done by those AND 1 guys would be illegal in the NBA.
