I need some help on a basketball game on Playstation 2..???

I was thinking about getting one, but I wasn't sure which one to get, but which NBA game is the best one out there. I'm not looking for ones like NBA street, or like street basketball games more like the actual nba ones where you see it on tv. Does any of them have a creation mode, just curious?
